  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, launches, or market weeks.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We currently ship within the United States.

  • All pieces are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the handmade and fragile nature of ceramics, extra care is taken in every order.

  • Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Local pickup may be available in Las Vegas, Nevada. If selected at checkout, you will receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
