All pieces are handmade and may include slight variations in shape, size, glaze, and finish. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.

Use & Care

Ceramic items should be handled with care. Sara Joy Ceramics is not responsible for damage caused by drops, improper use, accidents, or normal wear over time.

By purchasing, you agree that Sara Joy Ceramics is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of any product after it has been received.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are created based on the details provided by the customer. Final designs are made in my style and interpretation and will not be exact replicas of reference images.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin custom work. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to approval. Pricing, minimums, timelines, and product availability will be provided after inquiry.

All Sales Final

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final.
